Now that the Member States of the World Health Organization (WHO) are negotiating a Pandemic Accord, Wemos provides suggestions for the text of this agreement. In a previous publication, we outlined general comments on the zero-draft of this accord. In this new publication, we assess the articles of the zero-draft in detail and provide suggestions for textual amendments. With this, we want to inform WHO Member States on what provisions the accord needs, to make the global pandemic prevention, preparedness and response both effective and equitable.
