The internship will consist of, among other things, writing posts for our website, newsletter and social media, and carrying out practical tasks for the organization of upcoming events (e.g. working with relevant global health experts on the format of panel discussions, invitees list, sending out invites and practical organizational matters). In addition, you will explore how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can support the organization in its work. Other components of the internship may include note taking, attending meetings on behalf of Wemos, and contributing to reports and policy briefs. The internship allowance is 300 euros per month based on a 36-hour work week.

We address the root causes of problems, present solutions, and call for action. Currently, we are focusing on achieving equitable, affordable access to medicines (including advocacy on transparency in the pharmaceutical sector, socially responsible licensing of medical innovations, and regional production of medicines and vaccines), adequate and sustainable funding for global health, and SRHR for all (with a strong focus on intersectionality). Wemos leads the Knowledge and Expertise Hub for the recently started SRHR Next Alliance, which brings together 11 Dutch NGOs working on SRHR with partners in eight countries in Africa and South-West Asia.
